It does not require ViP, and it's always been like this since the launch of Jailed iGMenu. But it sounds like you guys have been using a cracked version of our cheat downloaded from unofficial sources. -

Try using Sideload Spoofer as that may help. Otherwise, the issue may be more complex. -

Hello, In theory, yes, but we do not know what the service you're using is doing with the IPAs so we cannot recommend or endorse it. We can only recommend our iOSGods App+. Additionally, Injustice 2 has always been a ViP-only release on iOSGods. The service you're using had no permission to distribute the IPA.

If you're jailbroken you can use the ad-hoc option but you'd have to remove already installed app. I'll update the .deb in a few hours!
