Adding resources or gems to Clash of Clans currently is not do-able. You can only get such things on a custom server which means you're not playing with the official Supercell server. There are other features posted around the forum though.

I think Implosion was cracked using Clutch and from what I know, Clutch cracked apps do not work on iOS 8.3+. Can you also try a different upload from someone else?
