It sounds like this game may not like being sideloaded. Further investigation would be required to get it working. To add to this, sideloaded games tend to usually work better when using a paid Apple ID, of course...

The Apple delays paired with the constant revokes are a cause for the App+ not working for users. Apple has started being very aggressive towards 3rd party app stores and revoking accounts before they’re even activated. In regards to my delayed replies, there are too many PMs being sent for me to reply to them in a timely fashion but they will be replied to.
