Hello, Seems like an issue with the tool you're using. You should speak to the author, file a bug report or check your configuration.

Solved! Uninstalled all iTunes related programs and installed iTools. iTools itself downloaded Apple Application Support x32/x64 and installed them. Then I downloaded and installed iTunes 12.5.5.5 and iFunBox started working!
