To disable these popups, you'd need to reverse engineer the binary and find the popup function and just disable it or any calls to it.

It's an Android emulator which let's you run Android apps on PC. There's no straight forward tutorial on how to use it because it makes no sense. It's like telling you how touse your phone. Do what ou want with it once you understand it.
