Install CrashReporter. See what it says when the App Store crashes. It works in Safe Mode so it must be a tweak. -

Uninstall App Admin & uausharedtools from Cydia or wait for them to get updated. -

iBackupBot works via iTunes backup. When you download something, backup to your PC via iTunes and then use iBackupBot.
