No, it isn't. Klepto doesn't promote people because he likes them. Probably because he doesn't like anyone. But either way, all staff has a say when promoting someone.

The x person in charge of promotions for x rank isn't able to see user's warnings and they likely don't keep a close eye on people like staff do. And I have to mention that promotions might become biased after

You can use the Non-Jailbroken cheat.

The main reason we removed OHK was because of complaints like this. You can only use OHK in some specific modes.
