  2. Should be possible, but don't take my word for it. Also, you wrote "nor XCode" in the title. Xamarin requires you to have a mac host available, with XCode installed.
  3. I can recommend Pluralsight. Been a member for over a year there now and there are tons of great courses, not only about C# or programming in general, but any IT related topic as well. You can use my ref link to pay much less for the first time. Besides that, there are a lot of online resources that will help you get started.
  4. Google is your friend. A good way to learn is without a course and by having to make a project in that lang. So you'll need to lookup the docs but at least you'll understand it better than if it's some random dude on YouTube.
