Help/Support Update of VIP TWD our world in iOSGods app not actually updated

the 4dot0dot0 version of this game in the app isn’t the actual latest version it says it is. It redirects me to update via App Store. Could you confirm this for yourself so I can be verified?

It’s this one but I can’t use the search function in the app today for some reason so I can’t  find it again, also not sure how to link a game from the iosgods AppStore:

The game is easy install , just install IOSGods app then install it from your device directly
