Help/Support Items disappear when used

Hello, 

I used to be able to use items (food, water, first aid, puppy box, weapon box etc) and it would stay in my inventory, the number wouldn’t decrease. This was useful for unstackable items that can’t be split to multiply the number I have  

Now when I use one of these items, it disappears/decreases the number I have. 

Edit to add: My high firing rate has also stopped. 

Is there any way I can get these back?

Just going to go ahead and tell you guys, the non JB hacked version is crap, you break the game at any second due to not being able to disable the hacks, i reccomend just reinstalling the app or signing into gamecenter or out of it if your in, and restarting. See the modmenu is simple, if you break a hack, you disable and re enable, plus on the unjailbroken version, the developers most likely find out about these hacks and send small ingame updates. Like roblox or diablo.
