Edit: according to one of their discord moderators, email is the only way to contact Moonton and they could take 1-10 days to reply. If I was one of the people that was falsely banned, I'd be pretty upset 🙃

Now it’s worth guessing how they discover us, if not all banyat immediately.
I do not think that they manually handle the reports and check the games 🧐 this is stupid. All the same, as I wrote above, many honest players receive reports from noobs, a lot of reports, but they are not banned. 
In any case, we can only wait
