I just tested the first one on my Non-Jailbroken iPhone and it worked. Waited ~30 seconds on the loading screen and now I started a game with the attack power of 9999.

Since this wasn't an issue airliner,I going to take a not so giant leap and say proxy server is hitting a capacity issue? . Would be understandable considering its primetime.
