I can confirm the 2nd one is down because it's undergoing maintenance by the host.

The other two should be working.

I've tried all of them . Doesn't look like any can connect at the moment

I can connect to the proxy server, but the game hangs.

I feel like a complete dunce for asking this but now that it's working what does "no cooldown" refer to as I'm guessing not the stamina bar but the new roaming warrior?

The cooldown before you can use the special skill/attack?
