Tutorial How to fix tweaks that are not showing up in Settings/App

I need a really quick answer,so I already did this before because of something with Cydia then it messed up my tweaks. Something messed up again(with me downloading auto bot from kiiimo) then it messed up my tweaks again. I followed the instructions again but I could not delete dynamic. What should I do?

im on ios 10.3.3 jailbreak there is no tweakinject . ?????

You don't delete just rename, i hope this was quick enough
