Game always asks for recover progress

Hey guys..

so after my old progress was lost i decided to restart the whole game from the beginning. With the 1.8 hack i went up to 70k Coins just to reset my traveltime. But i messed something up and decided to restart again.

Now i am not able to sync my progress with Gamecenter and always get asked to recover my Accountdata after a restart of LDoE. 

So i tried my Gamecenter ID on a not JBed iPad. Same Story, got asked always for recover progress. But the progress is a Lvl1 Account.

Tried a 'clean' AppleID for Gamecenter on my Jailbroken phone, same story, cant sync and always get asked for recover after restart.

Tried the clean Apple ID on clean IPad -> works fine.

Did I triggered a "Fail2ban-process" for creating to many accounts or is my UDID/AppleID banned?

Ok, did some research. 

 

Created a new Apple ID just for Gamecenter, it's working again with my JB'ed device and a new Gamecenter-ID.

but my first Gamecenter-ID is definitely blocked from syncing progress of the game.
