General Stay on iOS 8.1.3 or update iPhone to iOS 8.2/8.3?

You never know if a jailbreak for 8.1.3 will suddenly turn up. If it does turn up and you are on 8.2, you won't be able to downgrade. But if you are still on 8.1.3 and a jailbreak comes out for 8.2, you can just upgrade and jailbreak. Stay on 8.1.3

TaiG is currently working on a jailbreak for 8.2/8.3 not 8.1.3. It has already been patched so it's unlikely that they'll proceed with jail breaking it when 8.3 is right around the corner. Also, 8.1.3 was a minor update while 8.3 has many enhancements and fixes security bugs. In my opinion, I'd update to 8.2 in case they decide to release the jailbreak for it

Since 8.2 Jailbreak is being worked on, then my friend can probably update to 8.2 WHEN the Jailbreak Tool releases. As the others said, it's best to stay on the lowest version you can because you won't be able to downgrade once you upgrade.

You can downgrade if you upgrade I have done it twice the thing is if you have upgraded iTunes it will not let you downgrade at all if you want to know how to downgrade I can tell you
