General Stay on iOS 8.1.3 or update iPhone to iOS 8.2/8.3?

My friend which has an iPhone 5 and is on iOS 8.1.3 recently saw the awesome Jailbreak tweaks I used and asked me how he could get them. I told him that he can't get them yet due to his iOS version being un-jailbroken and told him to wait for a Jailbreak tool to get released.

He also asked me whether he should updated to 8.2 and stay there to wait for the Jailbreak to be released and I didn't know what to tell him so I just said stay on your current iOS for now.

What do you guys think?

Stay on 8.1.3 or update to 8.2? Both versions can't be Jailbroken for now but which one has more of a chance to get Jailbroken?

8.2 doesn't provide any new features except the Apple Watch app which I noticed.

stay on 8.1.3 man 8.1.3 I think people are working on to develop a jailbreak for that is my opinion

Wait to see which 8.1.3 or 8.2 get jailbroken first

But, there may some tweaks that might not work for iOS 8.2
