when i click the back up app file, it says " cannot backup your devices, couldn't start session with device "

Need help with that. @DiDA

Non jailbreak, ios 11.1.1

Make sure you have iTunes installed, PC trusted and iPhone unlocked as well as Find My iPhone disabled.

Otherwise reboot all and try again. Reinstalling iTunes may also help.

im on mac and i dont know how to use winrar. Is there any other ways to open it?

Find and use something similar. As long as you can put the hack files inside the .imazingapp file you’re good.

Please be more specific on the issue you are having. Let us know which iDevice you're using, which iOS version you're on and the exact steps you took to install the hack. The more information you give us the more we'll be able to help you. :)
