Hey, on my jailbroken 10.3.3 iDevice (x32bit) I've got this error:
E: couldn't find package org.theos.dependencies

I got it too, again, this time from Putty. (I didn't ssh from computer just another jailbroken device 1st time). Think I need to roll back to release of electra that didn't block saurik's repo.

On a brighter note,

I  reinstalled llvm + clang on ios 10.0.1.. working great. I just needed to move some files out of system and symlink them to stash.

Git is up now as part of Electra toolchain along with several others.  Added expat from the old saurik repo link, rsync from radare, and was then able to install all dependencies right from Cydia. Got started setting up theos right up until the cloning part, which is broke at the moment....about to hop on computer to do this and should hopefully have theos on iOS 11.

Nice, this worked for me other than I had to get Theos Dependencies from the offical repo instead off Cydia because of an error on the first command of the file not existing in the repo anymore probably.

Everything seems to be working fine now so it should be okay.

Well it started downloading the SDK the first time I entered the command

git clone https://github.com/theos/sdks $THEOS/sdks

Then it crashed while doing it and now…
