This makes no sense.  I turned it on and finished ONE mission.  I had over 2 BILLION dollars right after that.  Then I turned it off.  Now when I want to buy something sometimes the game thinks I have money and sometimes it doesn't.  Actually, most of the time it doesn't.

Do it again then. The Number wont change, but finish a mission with the hack turned ON and try it again after that, even if the number didnt change. Worked for me.

I tried that.  I turned it back on and stayed over the 2 billion mark.  Didn't increase, at least not that I noticed.  Still wont let me buy anything.

So the whole negative thing doesn't make sense and this seems to just blow up the game.
