Optimize graphic. No grass

So I installed nox onto my laptop. I installed Rules Of Survival. I got to be able to play but it was pretty laggy so I turned my graphic to the lowest settings and all of a sudden the graphic was so low the grass won't show. Probably because the simulator (nox) wasn't  compatible with the game. On iOS/Android phones even when you set your graphics to the lowest setting you can still see grasses. So I was wondering if there's anyway I can make graphic low enough that it won't show any grass. If I could be able to set my graphics low enough, it would be a huge advantage because if people crouch or lay down in the grass you can easily see them and shoot them. So is there any mods or ways to make the graphic as low as possible?

The only way to play without grass is on pc

I just installed the game on my grand quattro. No grass

The grass is automatically disabled on devices with low graphics memory.

Ya I guess I mean nox is a android simulator.
