General iPad Mini 2 (iOS 8.4) Vs. iPad Mini 4 (iOS 10)

I got 2 options.

1. To keep my iPad Mini 2 (iOS 8.4).

2. To get an iPad Mini 4 (iOS 10)

 

But I’m not sure on what to go with, so I’m asking you people. What should I do? Stay or upgrade?

 

What are the pros/cons?

Since this is iOSGods... would this upgrade be good or bad for iOS hacking?

Hell no. Newer iOS is not faster. I have iPad mini (64GB) and it's trash bc of lag.

install Lowerinstall tweak and spoof your iOS version
