Guys is there any other way to install IPA without using cydia impactor or pc on a non jailbroken device?

What a silly question, Cydya Impactor is unique, nothing out there to this date can achieve what Cydia Impactor can  

Cydia Impactor is all you need for non Jailbroken devices.

Made by the same guy that gave us Cydia it's self, don't ask silly questions, do you know why ?

Yeah, I use iPAStore to sign my apps directly on my phone and I can use it till my license expires with iPAStore
