Why not make Jailbroken same as Non-Jailbroken

You just answered your own question jailbreak vs non jailbreak. Jailbreaked phones are easier to cheat on due to the security flaws and etc but non-jailbreak have less flaws unless you are on iOS 1.1

But the VIP version has it 

imnot asking to be the same ofc just at least the jailbroken version , only the durability to be added would be appreciated
