Help/Support HELP : How to upgrade from ios 8.4 to iOS 9?

Hello,

I want to upgrade from iOS 8.4 to iOS 9 , the reason behind it is because a lot of apps have started to support iOS 9 instead of 8..,.. and some day iOS 8 will become outdated just like ios 7. Yes, i am jailbroken.But i really want to upgrdae to iOS 9 or 10.2 . Can anyone help me out?

Not possible because ios 9 was unsigned by apple a while ago.

Thank you for sharing the link,i just checked and unfortunately all of the versions except iOS 10.3.3 have been stopped signing.
