Crash when going out to the map?

Please help, I'm Not JB and everytime I go to the outside map, audio stutters and game crashes

it is the only hack in my case, downloaded and followed the steps and it works perfectly until I want to leave the map, the game sound stutters and then the whole game crashes, not sure why though, any help in this regards is greatly appreciated with many thanks
