Simply search on the App Store 'Get Instagram Followers' and you should find some apps.

If you don't want to follow on your main account find one that supports sharing of coins. If you don't have a jailbreak then find one that has an auto option so you don't need to sit there doing it.

pretty sure all those are removed from the app store ?

There's still a heap, they usually put 'Tracker' or 'Analyser' in the title and description to make it look like a different app so it doesn't get taken down.

I cracked some of my old apps that are no longer on the App Store so I am going to make a post on that very soon.
