Nope dont use it. Ios8 is more stable than this one

My next question is that, I am experience more and more that most apps cannot be update because I have an older IOS 8. Is there a way to by pass that, so I can install the updated apps?

Yup its better than the 9.3.5 jb ur 8 jb is more stable and can use most of the jb hack here compare to 9.3.5

and about the 2nd question is, well you have to wait for the 9.3.5 to be fully functional. And i know you want to update but you will regret it.  i used to be jb8 decided to update and now not jb anymore. Well you choose you want new apps or JB modes with apps that support ios8

Tested this on my ipad mini 32bit is a bit too much  heavy on memory and most jb hacks crashes when u used them. So it safer you stay, and can use most inapp purchases in ios8
