This cydia app will allow you to resign you Yalu/Mach_Portal app without using a computer, I have been using it and I think its much better than the regular Extender created by saurik.

No developer account needed

(have tested on iphone 7 10.1.1)

Also be sure to revoke the certificate before resigning it so their will be no errors.
