0 cost to speedup training troop

And unlimited all

After starting game need to turn on off atleast 1 chest for all to come in work

A simple precautions is not to upgrade too fast if you gain level too fast ur alliance mate can report you for suspected cheat too many busybody in this game

Every building/University/library or troop upgrade give exp to level so choose wisely I am in space age only use mortar and siege so I first fully upgraded those then now am upgrading other troops normally u can keep unlimited resources on all the time the citizens and no worker can also be kept on all the time though it only useful if ur not Chinese cause it only  allows you to have that extra builder Chinese u can't exceed the builder limit anymore for example you Roman and got 12 builder then u can use 13 builder max.i mainly used cheat to have mad resources so I only need to attack for Trump and trophy ignoring resources gain and loss also for instant and free troop retrain as u can keep the chest for 0 crown to finish traing troops and tactic on all the time. Try it out actually if I keep all on my phone was crashing so after multiple trial I came to the setup best for my device I'd suggest same to you prioritise the one you absolutely want then decide which chest you can keep off crown only work for less than 5 i.e if u use 5 crown it will increase instead of decreasing but anymore and u get network error 

Hey, thank you so much for sharing this insightful information. Currently I’m in Atomic Age. I don’t want to upgrade so fast from putter appearance. Just wanted to do upgrade troops, tactics and research etc. 

Fully understand your concerned. If go fast on upgrading definitely my alliance members will report. It happened to me earlier and this is my second attempt.
