How does one create a mod menu in game? What do you have to latch on to in the game for the menu to show up? This is last question from me. Like how tho?

 I'm a visual learner. I learn by myself. Please I need the code to learn, cause I learn visually. I won't leech the code I promise, I know how to hack but never how to make mod menu. I would like the code only for learning purposes to teach myself, thank you
