"Use fiddler or any other traffic debbuger, in POST request on signup, set breakpoint on fiddler and change "deviceid" number, to anything, can change one number just and it will work. I had this problem on bluestack before."

Doubt it. Instagram checks your device's ID and blocks it from creating more accounts. Spoofing that might help.
