Help/Support How do I update appstore apps?

Hey, guys so I've downloaded 'Paid' apps from Appcake, now the problem is when I enter the Appstore it would tell me I have apps that require updating, although it won't allow me to update the applications via app store. The problem is there are no updates showing from Appcake. So I was wondering how can I update it? Thanks.

re-download a higher version of the app via appcake then

You cannot update cracked using the App Store. You will need to wait until the new version is available on AppCake.

Well, theoretically I knew that Appstore would not update cracked apps. It was that urge just to get rid of it and it was last resort.
