So i have a class coming up which is specifically for Swift and Apple programming and i need a new ipad (this ipad mini is too outdated and slow) but the question becomes should i buy one now? Or wait until Q2 when apple is expected to announce the new iPads?

I am thinkijg of getting the iPad Pro 9.7" but idk if i should wait since no iPads right now have 3D touch and only the Pro supports Live Photos.
