Recently I run out of battery and device shutdown, so I charged it and used pangu client as usual. After locking screen it goes black screen and shows loading icon only. Then turns on after 1 minute like normal.

Tried turning WiFi off still same

https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com Didn't work too.

Memory capacity: 40% free

iOS 9.3.2

Any help is appreciated!

So let me get this straight :

Battery ran out device shut down

Charged device and turned on

Ran Pangu , locked screen , received notification ...... And basically it crashed , failed to boot into non JB state or failed to boot to JB state ?

Sounds to me like you're timing is a little out !

Turn off device , now turn it back on ...

Open Pangu app and count to 20 don't tap nothing just open the app and count to 20.

When you have counted to 20 , tap the big circle and again count to 20 , don't tap nothing just count to 20.

Now lock the screen wait for notification , device will respring and should be Jailbroken again.

It is normally for iPad Air 2. For me use assistive touch to lock the screen don't use power button and if it on loading screen then it is loading screen for power off then restart so it normally but try using assistive touch.

1) Toggle notification on/off for pangu app

2) Hard reset by pressing home/power buttom

3) Airplane mode, remove all wires (like charging cord, it never works while charging for me)

4) Reply if it worked or not

It failed to boot into JB state

Your method didn't work but did different.

Apple logo > Loading icon > Apple logo > non JB state again.
