There are too many new members just spamming "thx" or other low quality posts in topics to unlock the content.

I think there should be a system in place to limit the amount of replies a day with [hide] tags until the user makes 10 topics that aren't spam.

bumping topics in the cydia substrate section, no matter how stupid the reply is, is essential to the functionality of the forum. It helps people find new things

Yeah but you have people bumping old threads that are already outdated and even if there is a big red title saying PATCHED they still bump.

Most of the time they don't even say it's patched they just move on to the next thread.

10 Topics?! Too much

But , yes , this is a problem SO +1

10 topics that could be in general regarding anything. But that's not limited to a day, it's just 10 topics and you now have normal functionality.
