Installation Instructions:

Step 1: Download Cydia Impactor 

Step 2: Run/Drag IPA to cydia impactor

Step 3: Sign with Itunes account, go to settings/general/profiles&devicemanagement & click "trust"

You're welcome, make sure you backup the data so when you re-sign when the time expires you can just load the data back into the app installed again. also I think if you resign a app without deleting it on ur device it should be intact when re-signing but always backup the app to be safe
