I have these settings long time ago & never had noticed any increase of my internet. I think it all goes down to your ISP.

 

You don't disable it, the default setting is disable which utilize 80%. Enabling it will have you an option to max out which you will set to 0.

And cut the crap on credits :lolsign: . It's been posted on the worldwide web.  :teehee:

Nah. You may see it Unconfigure or Disable but it has 80% limitation as default. Click Enabled & you'll see the value. Changing it to Disable or Unconfigure will return to its default value of 80%.
