Played through a lot of the game using only Infinite Mana.  Then I tried to use On Hit Kill.  That option makes no sense.  First off, it doesn't one hit kill anything.  Most of my cards have no affect on enemies.  I have to attack over and over doing hundreds of thousands of point of damage to eventually kill an enemy only to have them eventually kill me anyway.  Seems the only thing that option is doing is inflating all the numbers except it inflates the HP too right along with it.  So basically it just breaks all the data on the GUI.

Auto win battles so far has been working.  Guess I'll just stick with that and mana.
