GFX Honeycomb Pattern! (Photoshop)

Use the Paint bucket tool, and set fill source to pattern

Then from the pattern drop-down, click the cogwheel and open this file -> (Download after hitting that like button and commenting to unlock hidden content )

Just fill

 

You can some light behind the hexagons by clicking on the white lines between the hexagons with the magic wand tool and hitting delete...

Then make new solid black layer (or whatever color you want {black works best} then make another below the hexagon layer and above the solid layer and start drawing lines with neon-ish colors to make a nice bright effect...

I like to fill with neon yellow and blue ,,,, Dont fill the whole thing up... Just fill some lines here and there cuz then it looks cool
