Apps are Not downloading from App Store

I am currently using an iPad Pro 9.7 inch iOS 9.3.3 Jailbroken. I tried downloading a couple apps from the app store recently but I realize the icon pops up but it stays gray with the radiating concentric black circles. The apps do not download and eventually disappear and pressing download again in the app store does the same thing. I cannot remember what tweet I exactly installed that may have caused this issue but I am sure that its a result of a tweak i may have installed being jailbroken. Can anyone help me with this issue ?

Thank You

Okay, what tweaks have you downloaded that you think have caused the issue? I'm going to download them and see if the same thing happens to me

Oh and have you done a reboot, and turn your phone off and let it sit for 1 minute without turning it on

it would be removed technically, but if you paid attention, you should have the one below iFile. All you have to do is after you reboot, open it up and then click on the middle once it loads, then lock your phone, and it will jailbreak it again
