Pokemon Go New Ban System?

So basically Pokemon go has implemented a new ban system.

 

This time they ban your account not your ip (like they used to)

 

I am unsure if these bans are permanent or not.

 

 

Errors you might see if your banned:

Or it will keep saying your soft banned, and unban won't work.

Or you can goto pokestops but all the pokemon you try to catch flees.

 

 

 

People are saying that this ban is caused by sniping so better to stay away from the sniping features and see for now, also use low/xp configs with low speeds legit settings etc.

 

 

This could also be some of there server errors but there servers seems fine, so it seems very sketchy so i doubt its one of there servers issues.

So everyone can just relax and wait until the problem is fixed no bans :] 

 
So guys this probably means that Pokemon go Bots won't work for some people who are effected by this bug/problem, wait til Niantic fixes it and bots will work again as normal so will your accounts.
I am not 100% sure tho if this is actually a bug/problem with Niantic or that indeed it is a ban, we will just have to wait and see.

Even if i am already Lv.40 my Haxton bot is still running just in case they raise the level cap ^^ i am gettin IP Banned almost every hour but unban myself with an VPN server so for now i am fine

You are probably increasing your chances of getting banned.

It surely is a PTC problem no Google account has this issue

 

My google account has this issue i ran necro with sniping and today this error.

 

 

Its prob not a server issue since if you use a new account it works fine.

i'm new guys.

i think that this problem is caused on ptc account because sometimes on the registration page of pokemon trainers club appear an error saying that the server is overloaded.
