So you said someone had stolen your DIY ? Well it can be and even if evereyone knows it is your tutorial. But, the fact that the video could also be discovered by Aswag1 makes it equivocal. Actually he can write a complaint about you, because he copyrighted the tutorial and you not. Bad luck because therefore it's his DIY and his researches. I feel sorry for you indeed but in fact you are just one random person, compiling someone else' YouTube video in a 10 lines (I didn't count sorry) written DIY on a website the author probably don't even know. Is RQaladze aware of your shortcut interpretation ? Thereby the video and instruction is not your own resource you don't have an evidence anything in your DIY is yours.. except for Aswag1, because he 'copyrighted' it.

 

Heading over to Aswag1's 'copyright' infliction. Aswag1 can also not claim to copyright the tutorial because he also does not own any of the videos used in the tutorial. Actually he did the same thing like you. He could have randomly searched in Google and voilà, a tutorial how to hack Brother in Arms 3 (not even a good one :\ ). Same situation and same rights as you took the videos.

At best you deal with annoying replies to his thread at sinfuliphone.com (do not remove this link because this has to be copyrighted justly). Pleas save your words for a real emergency when someone copyrighted your resources you made.

 

Again, I feel sorry for you and admit the other DIY besides yours. You know everything good will be leaked someday

Can you PM @@Aswag1 and speak to him about this? Tell him to credit yourself on the shared post or add a link back to the original topic or maybe even take it down?
