No the tutorial provides inctructions to install all prerequisites which I did. I'm going to contact kirb about it

It does not mention anything about: CPAN (Perl) module Compress::Raw::Lzma

I installed everything related to CPAN with Cygwin but it's still the same

Cygwin kinda makes this a bit complicated… I only just tested this a few days ago (and fortunately this is a temporary stopgap and won’t be necessary soon).

IIRC I had to install:

-gcc-core
-gcc-g++
-liblzma-devel
-libcrypt-devel
Then do cpan IO::Compress::Lzma and it should succeed.
