1. I have a 8.1.2 jail broken device should I get the restore and jailbreak with 9.3 version? Please suggest if it's worth it?

 

2. Will all my apps and tweaks be lost after I restore and jailbreak again? Is there any chance to save them?

 

3. Is an untethered version going to be out in a while?
