The ps4 isn't fully jailbroken so of course there isn't any mods yet plus gta mod from ps3 can be transfer to ps4. you're looking for gta 5 money hack you could easily hack money from the ps3 and transfer that money along with your character to the ps4

Blade can put the money on your main but that's if you can trust him. i know stevens did mine awhile back but you should be able to trust blade

I have no idea on what ConsoleGods is established on, I mean; obviously Consoles. But with my knowledge of Consoles reaching 2%, I reckon I'd be of any help.
