My friend his phone is jail broken on iOS 9.0.2 he wants to unjailbreak his phone. I already told him not to go to settings and do it because it will bootloop. Does Cydia impacter work for iOS 9. But I heard to get cydia impacter working you must install a repo or something if any has used it on iOS 9 please tell me exact steps to get working

Step 1: Install iTunes on PC!

Step 2: Go in Recovery Mode!

Step 3: Restore iPhone!

Don't use iTunes or you will not be able to Jailbreak your iPhone again!

 

Follow these simple steps to use Cydia Impactor correctly:

1. Open Cydia and add this repo: http://apt.saurik.com/beta/cy-impactor/

2. Download Cydia Impactor from this repo.

3. Open Cydia Impactor and click on the red button "delete all data, unjailbreak device"

4. Don't touch anything until the end of the process.

 

Once finished you will get your new iPhone on iOS 9.0.2 and you can Jailbreak again if you want

 

I use this metod on my iPhone 6 with iOS 9.0.2 and it worked perfectly fine.

Cydia Impactor doesn't fully support iOS 9. You will encounter errors from left to right. In fact, it doesn't even work with iOS 9.0.2. Best is to use Semi-Restore which fully support iOS 9. You need a computer though.

Just restore through iTunes.Put it in safe mode and restore.Even I had jailbroken back in iOS 8 and I wanted to upgrade to 9.I just restored it through iTunes and then when a jailbreak came out I just re jailbroke it
