eSports logos are usually black vector logos with transparent bg's and no shadows or effects in anyway, of course some esports teams decide to add effects to it later but usually the original logo is black

Also its a nice logo but not very esporty if you need an example think of the FaZe Logo, you can see on their merch or when they are branding in general they use a black or white logo but for their profile pic they use a red logo with shadows and effects etc.
