General What do you think about adding an Android section to iOSGods?

The name has to change if we were to add android into this. Everything has to change, and I don't like that.

Not necessarily. We would keep the domain name, we're still an iOS forum after all. We just added Android section.

Just like we have a Console & PC section.

That's the dumbest reason I've ever heard.

I believe one subscription will cover both.

Maintaining new sections isn't a problem (as you can see from all the current sections ).

Yeah you're doing a great job with the website in the state which IT is now. My point is just that with an entire new and different community which might even lead to iOS users eventually Being a minority altho chance is very small but you never know, I am just trying to say that eventually you too lord DiDA will need to sleep and that's when all hell will break loose and the angry android/iOS users will spam everywhere with complaints. I mean this isnt just a new "section" you guys want to implement this is an entire community of users merging with another community.

Not to Mention the inevitable IOS vs Android discussion, I already want to kill myself as I am thinking about them.

i was just thinking about everything you just said which is true. DIDA would need to hire more mod active mods to help the site because i know him and Klepto would get annoyed with all them pm,spam,etc

Yeah and stuff like that is what eventually get staff members to become Major douches and I dont want that happening to My lord DiDA

Since the opening of the forum (i wasn't even part of the Staff Team) i recommended to the Staff to have an Android Section and everyone was against the idea of a iOS Forum having an Android section.. What changed since the last time?

I also recommended to add badges to the forum and nobody liked about my idea too...

I think this forum has capabilities to have an Android section.

Here is another idea: "sub-mods" for the Android section. This sub-mods would be the main responsible for that Section.

If the iOS community cares about the forum's progression and welfare this won't worth too much. It's not like iOS vs Android and people need to understand it..

Just one thing.. iOSGods ?? Doesn't sound good for a forum with iOS and Android content
