Time to restore and hopefully rejailbreak.

You can't do anything without Cydia working or without any file explorers which have access to the file system.

i restore my jailbreak a few days ago but cydia still keeps in the system

Others have experienced that. I think there's a troubleshooting topic about it.

You're missing this file: /var/lib/dpkg/status

Without that, your Cydia will be empty. Can you try reinstalling the Cydia deb? Or use Cydia Impactor and then re-jailbreak?

That's the problem, each status file is unique for every user. It basically tells Cydia what's installed and what isn't.

Do you have a status-old file there?

I can go to the var/mobile/library but there's no folder named dpkg. Also, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not used to this type of stuff so I'm very sorry
